M1: Facilitate a teaching-learning environment that caters to technological and societal needs.

M2: Educate students to practice multidisciplinary research for a successful career.

M3: Inculcate theoretical, practical, design, and develop skills necessary for lifelong learning as an individual or in a team.

M4: Enrich skills, attitude, and core competence by providing them an opportunity to bring out their inherent talents.

  1. To get NAAC and NBA Accreditation.
  2. To upgrade research center with infrastructure.
  3. To increase the intake from 60 to 90.
  1. To make department with full of Ph.D scholars.
  2. To get fund from Government and non-government organizations.
  3. To arrange 100% scholarship for all students.
Program Specific Outcomes

PSO 1 : Specify, design, build and test analog and digital systems for signal processing, communication, and embedded system applications, using suitable components/simulation tools.

PSO 2 : Demonstrate competency in developing algorithms/core programming skills to solve engineering problems.

PEO 1: To empower students with the knowledge of Basic Science, Social Science in general, and Electronics & Communication Engineering in particular so as to impart the necessary skill to analyze and synthesize electronic circuits, algorithms, and complex apparatus.

PEO 2: Design and implement analog and digital electronic circuits for societal problems with given specifications.

PEO 3: Inculcate the teamwork culture using modern methods to achieve project objectives.

PEO 4: Communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership qualities and exhibit professional conduct by involving lifelong learning.

PO-1: Engineering Knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.

PO-2: Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using the first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.

PO-3: Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for engineering problems related to computer engineering and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.

PO-4: Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

PO-5: Modern Tool Usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.

PO-6: The Engineer and Society : Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal, and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.

PO-7: Environment and Sustainability: Understand the impact of the professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contexts, and demonstrate the knowledge of need for sustainable development.

PO-8: Ethics: Apply ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities and norms of the engineering practice.

PO-9: Individual and Team Work: Function effectively as an individual, and as a member or leader in diverse teams, and in multidisciplinary settings.

PO-10: Communication: Communicate effectively on complex engineering activities with the engineering community and with society at large. Some of them are, being able to comprehend and write effective reports and design documentation, make effective presentations, and give and receive clear instructions.

PO-11: Project Management and Finance: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the engineering and management principles and apply these to one’s own work, as a member and leader in a team, to manage projects and in multidisciplinary environments.

PO-12: Lifelong learning: Recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and lifelong learning in the broadest context of technological change.

Dept of ECE also adopts several innovative teaching methods that attract the student’s attention in the classroom, makes them interested in the subject, creates an eagerness to learn more, stimulates their minds, makes them understand the subject rather than just memorizing it, promotes student interaction and improves student’s ability to apply what they learn. In addition to this, the novel assignments techniques are adopted to increase student engagement in the class.

The graduates of the Electronics & Communication Stream have been selected by some of the world’s leading corporations & as well as by most of the leading Indian counter parts. We hope that we will continue to deliver our best to serve the society and mankind.

It is also expected that our students will continue to pass-on the skills which they have developed during their stay at this department to whole of the world for a better society.
